Lawler tells an inappropriate joke about siamese twins, and two heels become the best of chums.

All of a sudden we're one week from Payback, and a lot of the card seems to have taken place. We already know that AJ Styles will be facing Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and that the returning Cesaro is in line for an Intercontinental title shot against The Miz. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens are also squaring off in what could well be a match of the year candidate.

It seems as though the internet favourites are getting their chance to shine - but does this week's SmackDown reflect this trend? Maybe a little.

Owens and Zayn both featured in the main event, while Styles was prominently featured also. Enzo and Cass were given the chance to cut another blistering promo, this time verbally tussling with The Vaudevillains (whom they'll face in the final of the Tag Title Tournament, a match also locked-in for Payback).

Of course, whether featuring mainstream superstars or indie internet darlings, SmackDown can always be relied upon to deliver a litany of WTF Moments. Let's jump right in...

14. The Miz - Roman Reigns' No. 1 Fan

Miz cut a fascinating promo on AJ Styles at the beginning of the show, in which he almost spoke of Roman Reigns like a heel ally. He admitted that the ex-TNA man is a better "wrassler" than the current champ, but countered that point by saying:

'Roman Reings is bigger and stronger than you. He is The Guy.'

Having a heel back up Reigns to such an extent will only further stoke rumours that the Big Dog is about to turn fully heel - although I wouldn't be so sure quite yet...
