13. Test Vs. Shane McMahon - Love Her Or Leave Her Match (SummerSlam 1999)

This one was a pleasant surprise, wasn't it? Nobody could have predicted that the inexperienced Test and non-wrestler Shane could have such a decent match, one of the best of '99. Billed as a 'Lover Her Or Leave Her' street fight, the match pitted Stephanie McMahon's boyfriend against her Brother. Shane had some help in the form of his old college buddies The Mean Street Posse, who were situated at ringside and handed him various weapons, including a framed picture of themselves. Test quickly disposed of them. Shane was in full-on stuntman mode, flying and bumping around the ring like a mad man for the physically imposing Test. He even attempted a corkscrew splash and hit a beautiful flying elbow through the announce table. The crowd went nuts for the action and shook the building when Test nailed a flying elbow of his own for the pin. Many thought that Test would be on his way to main event stardom after his performance in this match but he gradually slid down the card.
