15 Biggest Losers In WWE SummerSlam History
10. Matt Hardy (4 Losses)
Back before he became broken Matt Hardy, Matt was actually
busy in the WWE doing more of the same, really - being broken.
He was beaten in his first four SummerSlam outings, the first two of which came alongside his brother Jeff as they lost a Tag Team Turmoil bout in 1999 and then came up short after an excellent showing in the first-ever TLC match just one year later.
His next appearance wouldn’t arrive until 2004 when Kane overcame him in a “Till Death Do Us Part” match with Lita marrying the winner, before things turned sour and the very man who would then have a real-life affair with Lita, Edge, beat him via referee stoppage in 2005.
Still, it wasn’t all doom and gloom for Matt in the end. A few years later he picked up a win over Mark Henry when challenging for the ECW title. However, it was via DQ, so Matt still failed to take home the gold...
Someone give this guy a break!
