15 Biggest Wrestling Narcissists

4. Shawn Michaels

Although his character evolution would eventually take bizarre leaps to places like wholesome stripper, homoerotic prankster and Ted Nugent approximation, Shawn Michaels first real character was a textbook narcissist. He'd strut to the ring, his glorious mullet flowing in the breeze like a young lions mane, where he lived to inspect himself in a mirror. Shawns twist on the gimmick was the inclusion of Sensational Sherri, adding a sleazy cougarish stripe to the characters narcissistic overtones.

Fascinatingly enough, elements of that character survive to this very day, despite the fact that Shawn Michaels current character is avuncular rural retiree. Up until his retirement, he still sometimes used mirrored chaps and harnesses in his entrance, a motif that dates all the way back to the Sherri period. And let's not forget his iconic (and by the end, terribly dissonant) theme, Sexy Boy.
