Promoting a wrestling show can be incredibly unethical at times.

WWE heavily promoted an appearance by Bill Clinton at 'Mania X, even though everybody knew there was no chance in hell the 42nd President of the United States would attend.

What the WWE Universe actually got was Clinton impersonator-in-chief Timothy Watters, who made three appearances during the broadcast.

As if Todd Pettengill would be allowed to talk to the most powerful man in the world... LOL. Who were WWE trying to kid?
