The three guys involved are giving their all, but the New Day gimmick was DOA and never going to succeed. Its unfortunate, because Kofi Kingston and Big E. are talented guys who deserve better and Xavier has his place as well. But their attempts to get the crowd involved with their rallying cry backfired when they responded back with their own, less approving New day chant. The best thing about this was Big Es reaction, when he tweeted:
New Day sucks up all of your cares and troubles and vomits them into a bucket of hope. No thanks necessary. #RAW
