15 Great Wrestlers Who Had Very Brief WWE Careers
12. Kazarian
Kazarian's time in WWE was definitely a case of bad timing. A highly-entertaining performer in the early days of TNA, he had already held the X-Division Championship multiple times before the WWE signed him in 2005.
Kaz, who was known as 'The Future' Frankie Kazarian, was a mainstay of Velocity, an evolution of Sunday Night Heat and a precursor to Main Event or Superstars. This didn't mean that Kaz was a jobber, though. In fact, he was very successful during his time with the fed picking up wins over Paul London, Scotty 2 Hotty and Funaki.
Despite these victories, there was no indication that the WWE had any plans for Kaz or intention to revamp their fading cruiserweight division. Upon realising this, Kaz left the company after only seven months.
He then returned to the independents and TNA where he continues to find success - currently as part of the fantastic tag team 'The Addiction' alongside Christopher Daniels. More on him later...
