If you like stiff kicks and few emotions, Low Ki is your guy. Not to be confused with Thor's evil brother, this veteran of the independent scene finally got his big break in 2008 when he was signed by WWE.

He was initially sent to FCW where he remained until 2010before joining the second season of NXT when it was still being treated as a reality show. His mentors were Michelle McCool and Layla. These opposing individuals should have never worked as a team but they oddly gelled and formed a very entertaining trio.

Kaval won that season of NXT and was moved to Smackdown in September of that year, but without LayCool he struggled to stand out on the main brand and lost matches against the likes of Chavo Guerrero and Tyler Reks.

He eventually had a PPV match against Dolph Ziggler at Survivor Series but was unsuccessful in his attempt to win the Intercontinental Championship. And then just over a month later he was released leaving many fans furious at this missed opportunity.
