15 Greatest Jim Johnston WWE Themes

7. The Ringmaster - "Circle Of Doom"

Clean that tea up from your desk and sit back down: this isn't a mistake. Steve Austin's miserable stint as Ted DiBiase's 'Ringmaster' didn't serve up much to write home about, but the clean-shaven Million Dollar protégé's theme tune was a belter.

Were it not for the fact Austin in his British Racing green pants was such a short-lived spectacle, Johnston's dramatic, brooding tune might be widely considered a classic in a similar vein to The Undertaker's or Goldust's. As it is, it was a sleeper hit for the master of the sleeper hold.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
