Pete Dunne faced off against Tyler Bate for the WWE UK Championship at last night's TakeOver, but he had to earn that bid. That happened against Trent Seven in a match that aired during Friday's UK Special.
Most of the more brutal aggression came from Pete, like how he kept targeting the previously injured elbow of Trent. However, this Dragon Suplex garnered some lovely "Holy S***" chants from the Norwich crowd. Dunne took this already dangerous maneuver on the hardest part of the ring.
Dunne later won this match, earning the claim of being the Number One Contender Bate's Title.
