WWE storytelling has been filled with countless twists and turns over the years. Its television product is built off of engaging audiences to the degree that theyll become hooked and keep returning. To move their storylines forward, the company tries to keep their fans constantly guessing what theyll do next. Most of the time, though, its pretty easy to predict what wrestler is going to win, and where a particular angle is headed. But now and then WWE pulls a fast one on us. Besides many heart-stopping and shocking moves and stories in the companys history, there have been some downright surreal moments that just didnt feel real. Surrealness is a hard feeling to explain, in part because it so rarely happens. Its almost dreamlike. It's seeing moment you didnt ever think was possible. In part, it's the rare instances like these that keep the fans tuned in, so they don't miss out. To rank the most surreal WWE moments, we have to go with shockers that a mass audience has seen, which means no non-televised events, or things that happened in companies Vince McMahon now owns like WCW and ECW. Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
