15 New WWE Talk Show Concepts For 2021 (5 For Each Brand)

11. The King's Court

King Corbin

It takes a special brand of villain to elicit a chorus of boos simply by appearing on camera. In this regard, Baron Corbin has more than earned the crown that currently rests atop his dome.

This concept isn't so much an experiment as a reboot. Jerry Lawler will always be 'The King', but as the motor-mouthed prick who everyone wants smacked into the next lifetime, he's long since passed his sell-by date. When he's on his game, Corbin can be INSUFFERABLE. Take the current format of 'The King's Court' and let the new King make it his own.

The segment could also be kept fresh by adjusting the motifs accordingly whenever there's a changing of the guard. As sporadically as the King of the Ring Tournament has been used in recent years, there wouldn't be a whiplash effect of a constantly shifting host either. In the meantime, King Corbin should have no problem making feud building look effortless.
