15 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (March 5)
3. Corey Graves Quoting The Church Of Satan
The inspiration for Aleister Black's ring name is hardly a mystery to anyone with a passing interest in the occult. Wait, what? OK, so we're hardly Aleister Crowley, but even we can spot a Church Of Satan reference when we see one.
On SmackDown, it was Corey Graves who decided to quote the Church founder Anton Lavey by saying, "If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy". Did anyone foresee a WWE announcer referencing Satanism on television in 2019? We didn't.
