15 Wrestlers’ Daughters Following In Their Parents’ Footsteps
3. Paige (Sweet Saraya & Ricky Knight)
The former Britani Knight has been wrestling for eight-plus years and shes just 22. That might sound scary, but when both of your parents and your brothers are wrestlers and your father runs a promotion, it makes a lot more sense. However, you wont really hear WWE announcers talk all that much about Paige being a second-generation wrestler. Thats due in part to her parents having never really performed on a main stage in America. Still, Paiges pedigree as the daughter and sister of wrestlers shows in her matches. Shes young but incredibly gifted in the ring, which the two-time Divas Champion shows when given time to perform. Its a shame in some ways that WWE doesnt do more to draw attention to her background, especially considering that Paige has both teamed with and squared off against her mother in the ring. How many other wrestlers can say that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUzV60cUH9I Given her age and her skill, its a safe bet that Paige will be around for the foreseeable future and could help anchor the Divas division as the next generation of women come up from NXT.
