In at number 2 on this list is the Ultimate Opportunist, Edge.

If Shawn Michaels is Mr. Wrestlemania, there’s a strong argument to label Edge as Mr. SummerSlam. Yes, he’s second on this list but his win/loss record is one of the most impressive in SummerSlam history when it comes to superstars who had more than a handful of outings at the PPV.

With 8 wins to his name, the Rated-R Superstar only left SummerSlam twice without getting the duke; him and Christian being eliminated from a Tag Title Turmoil Match in 1999, and then against the legendary Undertaker in 2008.

As he picked up his wins, the biggest successes of Edge’s SummerSlam career include winning the first ever TLC with Christian, defeating Matt Hardy in a heated 2005 battle, and beating John Cena to retain the WWE Title in 2006.
