Steve inquires if Dean was a fan of the business, and he says that he gets that question a lot as it's pretty standard. He can't recall his first memories of wrestling or the first match he ever saw, he just doesn't ever remember a time in his life where wrestling wasn't the thing that he loved.

For him, it was like another world where good guys fought bad guys and a fantasy that he wanted to be a part of. Austin asks about Hogan and if he was an influence, and Dean - who was born in 1985 - says he missed Hulkamania but was a big Bret Hart fan growing up, as The Hitman was the one on top when he started watching.
