Since we're on the subject of Punk, Austin asks if Paul has spoken to him lately, to which he responds that they talk almost every day, usually through text, and says that their friendship isn't based on wrestling so they stay in touch frequently. Stone Cold asks Paul's thoughts on how Punk's UFC run is going to go. Heyman says that money doesn't motivate Punk, merely the challenge, saying that he probably regrets not getting into MMA five or six years earlier.
"I think that he firmly believes he is either going to step into that octagon and shock everybody by beating somebody's *ss, or he's going to get punched in the face and knocked out or tapped out and beat up. And I think he's very accepting of the fact that that's a possibility and he's man enough to walk in there and take his chances."
