After Sasha points out that she's only 23-years old, Jericho mentions how impressive it is that she's already settled into a character that she does well and is comfortable with and asks her how The Boss came about. Banks talks about how she was spinning her wheels for a while in NXT and not connecting with the audience and gives credit to Tyler Breeze - who had suffered a similar problem at one point - for giving her the advice of coming up with a list of characters and background stories and figuring out what fits her the best. The first one she chose was The Boss, partially based on the fact that Snoop Dogg is her cousin and took that character and let it evolve into what we see now.
