"This is awesome" might be the most annoying chant in pro wrestling today. It's even worse when crowds turn the spotlight on themselves and sing, "We are awesome". That's the pits.

What isn't the pits is when heels take the p*ss out of such self-aggrandisement. That's what Jericho did when he proclaimed that his Inner Circle brethren were the awesome ones from the comfort of their luxury suite at Dynamite.
