Technically, R-Truth is now the third most decorated champion in WWE history.

His latest 24/7 Title win means he's won gold in the promotion no less than 30 times. That's one reign behind Edge on 31 and two behind Raven (of all people) on 32. Others of note in the top five include Chris Jericho (tied on 30 with Truth) and Ric Flair (29 title wins).

Yes, this includes the old Hardcore belt too. That's the only reason why Raven is at the top.
