7. Drake Maverick's Brilliantly Barmy Logic

Heels don't need to be right. In fact, it's better if they're not. That's an art lost on many in pro wrestling today, largely 'cause everyone wants to be cool. Drake Maverick is a chip off the old block of guys like William Regal and Bobby Heenan. He loves looking foolish.

When checking in to the hotel with his wife, Drake said he'd only booked them in as "Mr and Mrs 24/7 Champion" because it was close to the arena Raw was taking place in. After all, if he'd booked them in as "Mr and Mrs Maverick", people would know where he was, and they'd take his 24/7 Title away.

Amazing, skewed comedy heel logic.
