16 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (Feb 12)

10. Fans Coming Up With Names For Shane McMahon & The Miz

During The Miz and Shane McMahon's entrance for 'McMiz TV', fans in Toledo showed their distaste for the McMiz name by offering up some suggestions of their own via some signage. Amongst the most notable were 'Mac N' Miz' and 'Miz-O-Mac'.

Both are better than McMiz, let's face it.

The only problem with the first one is that it might encroach on Sasha Banks and Bayley calling themselves 'The Boss N' Hug Connection'. Two 'Rock N' Sock Connection' references in one product may well be overkill.

9. The Uso’s Tag Title Match Record

Tom Phillips is a seriously underrated anchor man on SmackDown, and he's not only there to keep Corey Graves and Byron Saxton from bickering like spoiled schoolchildren. On occasion, Tom shows off his knowledge and busts out a fact that adds depth to the product.

This week, he hit a home run with his hidden gem about The Usos WWE Tag-Team Title history.

According to Phillips, Jimmy and Jey have worked 53 Tag Title matches since debuting in 2011. That means Elimination Chamber will be their 54th. It's genuinely lovely when announcers do their homework and break out facts that add to an act's lore.
