16. The 24/7 Title Is Only On The Line During Raw's Third Hour?

Did our ears deceive us or did Mick say that the 24/7 Title would only be on the line during Raw's third hour every week? That's what it sounded like. Maybe Foley made a hash of explaining that Raw's third hour will be different from the preceding two every Monday, or something like that.

If 24/7 is only defended in hour three, then it's not exactly 24/7. That's the problem.
