17 WWE Returns Confirmed For Raw 25th Anniversary Show

12. Scott Hall

Steve Austin
WWE Network

Scott Hall's Razor Ramon persona remains embedded in the DNA of Monday Night Raw thanks to one of the show's first truly legendary angles. His loss and subsequent feud with the 1-2-3 Kid is lovingly remembered 25 years later as an inch-perfect introduction for a character that also facilitated an organic babyface turn for an increasingly popular heel.

Having contributed so much to Raw's first three years, Hall almost brought it down entirely alongside Kevin Nash in the rampantly successful New World Order, but his story remains one of astonishing redemption and addiction survival from the man himself. There are few better suited a night of pro wrestling celebration than 'The Bad Guy' himself.
