There was a recurring theme to some of the matches on Sunday night. Roman Reigns didn't get a lot of licks in until his comeback near the end against Samoa Joe, and Nia Jax took the same kind of beating prior to her rebound against Alexa Bliss.

Alexa dominated most of the Raw Women's Title match, and Nia even looked like she was performing at enhancement talent levels before the finish. That's quite rare to see, especially from someone who has long been portrayed as physically stronger than the rest of the female ranks.

Don't forget such a pasting also came hot on the heels of one Jax handed out to Bliss at WrestleMania 34 too.
