12. Chad Gable Wasn't 'Glorious'

Did anyone else notice that Chad Gable wasn't in his tag gear on Monday? He didn't have the 'Glorious' trunks on, and he brought his old "Ready, Willing, Gable" towel to the ring for his match with Kurt Angle. These were nice touches that added to the idea that Chad felt blessed to wrestle his hero.

He wanted to wear the old-school singlet and hark back to a time when he wore the Olympian influence on his sleeve. Side note: Gable shone against Angle, and pulled a better performance from the legend than Baron Corbin or anyone not named Drew McIntyre has been able to for years.

Let's hope Vince was watching.
