Ricochet takes the honours for Raw's best spot.

Look at the angle of his head and neck during Randy Orton's run-in RKO. Ricochet somehow managed to spike himself down hard and then bounce back up off the canvas (using his neck muscles!?) and into the air for another special bump.

That was one of the most devastatingly grotesque RKOs ever.
