18 Things You Probably Missed From WWE Raw (Aug 9)

Almost every decent-to-great angle comes back around eventually, and that's fine.

It makes sense that WWE want to repeat successes if enough time has passed, and it's been nine long years since Daniel Bryan and Kane attended "Anger Management" to thrash out their issues as an unlikely tag-team. That 2012 fun is being rehashed (sort of) in 2021 with Randy Orton and Riddle.

That wasn't the only hidden gem you might've missed on this week's Raw though. Orton made weed jokes that'd make Cheech & Chong happy, Randy subtly f*cked with his on/off partner's head all night, Jeff Hardy nearly broke his bloody neck, WWE fans trolled the company by chanting for a recently-released star, and AJ Styles showed just how world class a worker he is.

It's the little things.

Other noteworthy gems included Ricochet being a wonderful colleague (although he might regret just how wonderful if he watches Raw back), WWE teasing that someone on the roster is about to get a name change, Elias dropping heavy hints about a complete gimmick change and more.

Here's everything that could have slipped your net...
