18 Things You Probably Missed From WWE Raw (Aug 9)
4. “Attempting A Head Butt”
So is this.
Corey Graves bizarrely claimed that Ricochet was going for a flying head butt when he smacked into Sheamus' protective mask and left himself ripe for a Brogue Kick finish. Sorry, Corey, but the high-flyer was blatantly going for a shoulder block, not a head butt.
Why, pray tell, would Rico try to diving head butt a standing opponent (especially one he knows is wearing a steel mask)? That'd be stupid. WWE's very own slow-mo replay revealed that Ricochet was either going for a shoulder block or a clothesline before taking the hit.
