10. There's A New 'Wild Card Rule'?

Sami Zayn said that he'd applied for a manager's license, and that was why he was able to appear on Raw despite being contracted to SmackDown. Anyone who still cares about brand division (an angle WWE were literally just pushing at Survivor Series) would've sighed their way through this.

According to this logic, the crappy 'Wild Card Rule' now works so long as someone is a manager? Creative need to stop this torture and stick to their own rules for longer than a few weeks.
