Shane McMahon would be furious.

MVP tried to manipulate Braun Strowman into doing his bidding by calling the 'Monster' an "intelligent guy" backstage. That, for those keeping score, was a nod towards Strowman's feud with McMahon (that suddenly ended inside a steel cage at WrestleMania 37) a month or so ago.

Shane had spent weeks calling Braun "stupid". WWE are apparently over that particular plot point now - they want to make Strowman look smart.
