"Can't be stopped for any reason".

You mean the stipulation that a Hell In A Cell match should have, WWE? How can fans be expected to believe that Bray vs. Seth II will be any better than what happened in the cage? Surely HIAC should be the blow off point for any feud, not an awkward beginning that necessitates an apologetic rematch on a Saudi Arabian special few want.

It's times like this that one must question how well WWE know their own audience. Fans at the Greatest Royal Rumble and Super Show-Down have been apathetic towards some of the bigger matches on each card. Why would a story that's already sagging play before mega-cheers or come across well on TV in front of Saudi royalty?
