Rollins leapt off the middle turnbuckle, got caught and then Cesaro hit him with one of the best backbreakers you're ever likely to see. That move was just so pleasing on the eye, so enjoy a few cycles of the .GIF goodness above.

Also, check out how Cesaro planted his foot down on the mat right before Rollins landed. That gave the heel a big landing pad, but the move still looked painful as f*ck.
