Because their feud has largely been centered around beating each other up with a microphone, someone in TNA thought it would be a super idea to see Mr. Anderson and Bram fight one another in an "Open Mic Challenge", essentially a ladder match in which Anderson's signature mic is suspended above the ring. The goal is to get the mic and beat the snot out of your opponent with it, but once the match starts, it's quickly made clear that it doesn't really make much sense, because why waste all that time, effort and energy climbing the ladder when you can just grab some weapons from under the ring instead? That's exactly what Bram does, grabbing a ton of chairs and powerbombing Anderson onto them. The booking team should probably hope that fans quietly forget this one: that's some WCW-level stupidity right there.
