This look is something WWE listed as Undertaker Concept 7, a more gothic look in which his black attire is wrapped up in chains and leather straps. He also dons a hooded trench coat on his way to the ring, with a mighty staff to top the look off. It actually looks really good, but it likely never manifested due to practical reasons. Can you imagine having to wrestle with all those chains hanging off you? It was a hassle that Calaway didn't need. As for the staff, religious sensitivity probably meant the cross design was deemed inappropriate.
