Following on from the last slide, this is the final coloured concept design of The Undertaker in 1990. As you can see, it is pretty much what got used on television. However, one key difference, is Mark Calaway reached for the black hair dye and went with a more haunting look. The red curly hair just wasn't going to work with The Undertaker character. As you can tell from the drawing, it made him look that little bit too much like a highland warrior.
