Jericho talks about the one positive that has come out of all this is that the seriousness with which head injuries are treated is specifically because of Chris and Eddie Guerrero, adding that Eddie is still treated as a legend by the company while Benoit has been wiped out of existence.
Sandra says she struggles with that, saying that she obviously doesn't want to turn on USA and see a Benoit match because it would probably break her. But Nancy was a very big proponent of forgiveness, and she's tried to deal with her very complicated feelings for her sister's murderer with Nancy in mind.
She doesn't know if it's the right thing for WWE to never mention Benoit again, and doesn't know if she'll ever been in a place where she'd be okay with it.
Sandra says that a lot of people expect her to speak with anger and hatred toward Chris, but she confesses that it's hard to turn off the love and affection that she had for a man who was the father of her nephew and husband of her sister. "It doesn't work that way and it's very complicated."
She stresses that neither she nor her parents were behind the decision to remove him from WWE history, saying they've never made any threats or demands regarding the issue; it was all WWE's decision. She acknowledges that every year when the Hall of Fame rolls around there's a section of fans that call for him to be inducted but says they need to let that go because it just isn't going to happen.
