19 Things You Probably Missed From WWE SmackDown (11 Oct)

Those wacky waving inflatable tube men can sell better than half the roster...

Bray Wyatt The Fiend

The Bray Wyatt vs. Seth Rollins feud must continue.

This week's SmackDown (the second on FOX and the first leg of two WWE Draft specials) sorted out some picks for each major brand and...didn't feature a whole ton of wrestling. Put it this way: AEW's Dynamite or NXT is the place to go if you want lengthy, satisfying matches. Raw and SmackDown, it seems, are both destined to continue pushing story over holds.

That's fine, but it'll take more than dragging Rollins beneath the ring to repair Wyatt's 'Fiend'. If you were watching closely on Friday, you'd have spotted something before that Seth vs. Roman match kicked off; it happened long before Bray hit the scene, and it almost resulted in a little freudian slip from colour man Corey Graves.

Other hidden gems included symbolic death for a key aspect to Bayley's old 'girl next door' gimmick, Seth and Roman borrowing from some of their old matches, nonsensical formatting when it came to FOX and USA making Draft picks, and a former WWE Champ who couldn't give a toss.

Unless he's tossing pancakes...
