2 Missing WWE Wrestlers Return On Raw

Neither superstar had been seen on WWE programming for months.

Most people think of the Royal Rumble being the event where superstars make their big return, but two WWE wrestlers came back on Raw Monday night, just two days after the Rumble.

First, Rick Boogs made an appearance as a surprise opponent for a grumbling Miz, who was whining in the ring until WWE official Adam Pearce brought the hype man out to give him an opportunity to impress. He ran through Miz - who was still wearing a suit - in mere seconds.

Boogs was last seen at WrestleMania 38, where he unfortunately tore his quad during a SmackDown Tag Team Championship match alongside Shinsuke Nakamura against the Usos.

Later on, Pearce announced that Carmella would take part in a fatal four-way match next week for a spot in the women's Elimination Chamber match in February, with the winner going on to face the Raw Women's Champion at WrestleMania. Afterward, Carmella appeared on Raw, being interviewed backstage and seemingly reverting to her Princess of Staten Island "Mella is Money" gimmick, ditching the "Most Beautiful Woman in WWE" moniker.

Carmella hasn't been on WWE television since last summer, suffering a miscarriage and then an ectopic pregnancy last fall.

It's great to see both superstars having recovered and returning to action, with both immediately thrust into the spotlight.
