All Elite Wrestling is due to unveil two new championship belts at its upcoming Double Or Nothing 2022 pay-per-view on 29 May.

Per The Flagship Wrestling Podcast, the promotion will award these new belts to the winners of the ongoing Owen Hart Foundation men's and women's tournaments, the finals of which are due to be held at Double Or Nothing. Aesthetically, the straps will be in-line with the tournament's namesake, taking on a pink and black colour scheme.

This news comes following Dave Meltzer's report earlier this month stating that AEW founder and president Tony Khan had already had title belts for his company's long-teased trios division made. Then, in an 11 May interview for TSN, Khan claimed that he had more straps than people imagine up his sleeve.

The Flagship's report confirms that the belts due to be awarded to the Owen winners are amongst this number.

This week's episode of AEW Dynamite will feature two surprises in the ongoing tournaments, with Jokers positioned opposite Samoa Joe and Britt Baker on the men's and women's sides. Two further tournament bouts will play out in Rey Fenix vs. Kyle O'Reilly and Jeff Hardy vs. Adam Cole, the latter being a semi-final.
