2 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Rampage (Nov 10 - Results & Review)

1. Sensational Tag-Team Goodness

Wow.

This writer shouldn't be surprised by FTR in 2023, but the pair consistently deliver stellar bouts regardless of which team they're sharing the ring with. Rampage provided another example of that, but El Hijo del Vikingo and Komander held up their end of the bargain too. That's worth reinforcing.

One of the best moments of the main event came when Dax Harwood side-stepped a Vikingo dive to send the high-flyer hurtling into the announce desk. That looked killer, and defo sold the contrast in styles between both squads. The Lucha pair are reckless-but-agile, and FTR are more nuts n' bolts technical but don't mind matching speed where possible.

This was a really, really good match you should go out of your way to watch. House Of Black popping up to applaud afterwards could lead to more fun matches too. Imagine Malakai and Buddy Matthews vs. Vikingo and Komander, or Malakai and Brody King vs. FTR?

Yes please.
