2 Ups & 7 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Feb 4)

4. The Feud Must Continue

Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre's Royal Rumble return and revenge on Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss should've been the end of that particular chapter. It wasn't. On SmackDown, Drew threatened Moss with a sword, forced him to tell jokes and then planted him with a Claymore Kick.

Meanwhile, Corbin did exactly nothing on the stage.

Later, WWE announced that Madcap will meet McIntyre in singles action at Elimination Chamber. Again?! That match already happened at the Day 1 pay-per-view, so there's no demand to see it a second time. Jesus, surely Drew deserves way better than this tripe during WrestleMania season.

There's nothing left to settle in the feud. He battered both jokers at the Rumble and avenged their prior attack. This move to SmackDown in the 2021 Draft, which originally seemed so promising, has been a disaster for Drew.

Stop the pain.
