7. Controversy Creates Cash - Eric Bischoff

Eric Bischoff is the only non-wrestler to appear with an autobiography on this list, which should give some indication as to the quality of Controversy Creates Cash. Released by WWE in 2006, the book was written years after Bischoff had unthinkably taken World Championship Wrestling to the top of the mountain.

At the expense of Vince McMahon and the WWF, Bischoff created the nWo idea and sailed that ship to millions in revenue for Ted Turner's WCW. A key element to the title is that Bischoff unashamedly mentions that he wanted to put the WWF out of business, something that may seem impossible to younger readers now.

Taking fans through the 'Monday Night Wars', Eric is also humble enough to know his place in the WWE system. He was little more than an on screen character by the time the book was published, but he comes across as utterly fine with that fact.

This is Bischoff's story, so there's obviously some bias involved. Still, it's one of a plucky outsider causing waves in a McMahon-dominated industry.
