2. Batista's Obliviousness To Baby Groots Stem Shaking Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014)
Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy is hands-down one of the greatest films of 2014. A big part of this was due to Batistas portrayal of Drax the Destroyer. A role that many have called his breakout performance. While there are many great moments throughout the film featuring Drax - his proclivity to take everything literally, his fight with Ronan, etc - his greatest moment is one where the character isn't really doing anything at all. After the emotion of the final stand-off against the film's villain, a bit of comic relief was just what was needed. Instead of a typical mid-credits cliffhanger, were given a silly little closing scene featuring the fresh new Groot sapling, shaking his stem to the Jackson 5s I Want You Back, unknowingly to Drax as he polishes his weapon.
