Who Said It: The Rock Who Received It: John Cena Any fan who was watching Raw on 2/14/2011 remembers when The Rock, after years since his last appearance in a WWE ring, proclaimed that he would be the host of Wrestlemania XXVII. It felt old and new all over again; it was the same old Rock persona, but suddenly, he had new targets to skewer most notably, John Cena. The Rock's entire promo was cathartic for fans who had gotten sick of Cena's schtick. He shared their frustration and irritation, and he expressed his distaste for the PG Champion in the funniest way possible.
