3. DX Parodies The Nation Of Domination

The nWo would be called tasteless for their portrayal of The Four Horsemen on an episode of Nitro, but D-Generation X had everyone laughing when they set-up a quite brilliant parody of The Nation Of Domination on Raw. Obviously, because X-Pac and Billy Gunn had darkened themselves to look like The Godfather and Mark Henry, this is the kind of thing which many might find crass nowadays, but it was all part of the fun during the Attitude Era. The cream of the crop was a young man dubbed Jason Sensation, a wrestling fan who became pretty well-known amongst the performers themselves for spot on imitations of them. By far his finest impression was of Owen Hart, and that impersonation would be highlighted during a memorable sequence on Raw. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JB81hqH94CQ Triple H was 'The Crock', poking fun at his adversary The Rock, whereas even Road Dogg got in on the fun, making light of D-Lo Brown by calling himself 'B-Lo'. It was childish, and the humour is fairly obvious, but it still begs to be watched more than once, if for no other reason than Jason Sensation's fittingly sensational performance.
