20 Greatest Foreign Stars Who Made It Big In WWE

1. The Rock

There was only one guy who was going to sit at the top of this list. Another member of the Anoa'i family, ten-time world champion The Rock is one of the few performers who deserves a place on wrestling's equivalent of Mount Rushmore. Brilliant as either a face or a heel, "The Great One" is probably the greatest promo worker in the history of WWE and also a top in-ring talent. He knew how to pop a crowd at just the right moment and, alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin, headlined the majority of the Attitude Era. He was one of the men who put the company on the map as staple viewing for Monday nights. He now has a glittering movie career and still appears occasionally on WWE programming to rapturous reactions. He is now, and will likely always be, "The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment".
