Now trotted out as one of the worst commentators/analytical voices in WWE, Booker T was very briefly the King of the Ring after winning the World Title whilst decked in resplendent regalia.

As the hilarious King Booker (along with wife Queen Sharmell), the 'five-time WCW Champion' at long last because a WWE titleholder Vince McMahon knew how to work with. A riot on the microphone, Booker's maniacal schtick was a treat on an otherwise dull blue brand in 2005. Matches didn't deliver the consistency that justified a longer reign over the company kingdom, but his relatively short tenure reflected the golden age of his WWE run.
