Merecedes Mone may be off living her best life over in the land of All Elite at time of writing, but there are still three of the four game-changing Horsewomen signed to WWE deals right now.

And Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley's post-Mania comments on the wrestling legends needing to "move over" may just have planted an intriguing seed for things to come.

Current WWE Women's Champion Bayley, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair have all produced some superb work over the last few years on their own. But what if the veteran talents chose to finally come together and form a new superteam hellbent on reminding these confident stars of today who really runs WWE?

Watching the Horsewomen trio bully and systematically take out the young locker room would make for some properly riveting weekly television.

It could all then lead to a battle for the future of the division at a SummerSlam, Survivor Series, or even 'Mania.

Becky, Bayley, and Charlotte could perhaps even recruit other fed up veterans to their faction before colliding with the likes of Belair, Ripley, Liv Morgan, Jade Cargill and other workers looking to take the torch from the legends.

Trips has already shown he's capable of telling some strong long-term stories, and hopefully the Horsewomen's quest to reclaim their locker room will be another to add to the list in this era.
