20 Huge Predictions For WWE's New Paul Levesque Era
15. More WWE Veterans Follow In Edge's Footsteps
What about moves in the other direction?
While WWE certainly feels like the place to be following one of the most entertaining and successful weekends in their history, even a hot promotion isn't enough to convince everyone to stay put.
Just look at Edge last year. Despite likely having a job for life with the biggest organisation in wrestling, he instead opted to have some fun over in Tony Khan's world at the end of his deal.
There's likely a number of other names on the current WWE roster who have been keenly watching Adam Copeland test himself against fresh, new faces and exploring a slightly less restrictive environment. And you wouldn't blame them for attempting to follow in the 'Rated "R" Superstar's footsteps at the end of their current contracts, too.
"Sheamus is All Elite", perhaps? The Irish powerhouse has very little left to achieve in his long-time home and may jump at the chance to work with old pals Miro and Claudio Castagnoli in Khan's company.
Maybe Ricochet decides he's had enough of the WWE system at the end of his contract and flips his way into a few dream matches against Kenny Omega, Bryan Danielson, and old rival Will Ospreay?
The WWE/AEW ship jumping probably won't be stopping in this new era, folks.
